Plan
Week One
In
week
one
we
take
a
look
at
unfinished
business
in
our
lives
and
clean
it
up.
We
begin
to
take
actions
to
clean
up
some
of
the
physical
consequences
of
having
lived
against
ourselves
for
so
long.
We
also
begin
the Practice
of
Presence
Week
Two
In
Week
Two,
we
begin
a
process
of
self
examination
to
determine
what
limitations
we
have
placed
upon our lives.
We
determine
the
shape
and
nature
of
the
box
we
have
fashioned
for
ourselves.
Weeks
Three
&
Four
We
continue
the
practices
from
week 1 and 2 and
also
begin
to
make
a
practice
of
plotting
real
life
experiences
outside
of
our
box.
Week
Five
We
begin
to
study
the
actions
of
people
who
are
living
a
kind
of
life
we
would
want
to
live
ourselves.
Based
on
what
we
learn
we
make
an
intelligent
list
of
steps
that
would
lead
us
from
where
we
are
to
where
we
would
like
to
be using the
skills
we've
learned
from
weeks 1 through 4
