Welcome to Week Five of the Vitality Series
Now that you have
practiced
If you have truly been doing the practice of presence and living living outside of your box every day, by now, you have come to see the powerful potential these practices contain for shaping your life the way you want it to be. If you can consciously
participate Anything you could ever want to do or be in life is attainable by simply taking the necessary steps to become it. Before, when you would come across a walk of life that involved actions outside of your box, you felt that you could not walk that direction. But now that you have practiced living outside of your box you can boldly walk into any area of life that interests you. How? By using what you've learned in the Vitality Series. You can now build your life in whatever direction you want. If the direction turns out to be different than you
thought it would be, Perform the Week Five Exercise below to begin shaping the life you have always wanted to live. The sky's the limit!
Exercise One
There is only one exercise in week five because it encompasses all the other exercises you have already learned. There is nothing you have ever
wanted
The exercise for week five is to: 1. Find one or more people who are living the life that you would like to be living. 2. Determine what steps they had to take to get there. 3. Then take those steps yourself.
Use the Practice of Presence and Living Outside of Your Box to walk the steps that scare you. Here and there you my have to get creative. So then you would just study somebody who started with
little money There is always a way around any problem. Plan responsibly, You were given a life
to live.
