habitual At the end of week two. Take a look at the whole week you've charted. What are the dominant patterns of the week you've lived. Considering that these patterns are the life currents that are shaping your future, you have a very important question to ask yourself. Are these patterns a
suitable vehicle Do they provide a life that excites me? Do they provide a life worth getting out of bed for? What stays? What really needs to change? This should give you enough to work on for this week. Next week we will begin the practice of living outside of our box. Have Fun!
